We are so close to the end of this pre-production phase including evaluating the remaining submissions, the submissions period closes when we reach our cap of 50 or when the date hits May 31, 2026, whichever is first.

July through August, 2026: we’ll go into a deeper dive with our authors, what makes them tick, what they’re interested in
October 17, 2026: is our cover reveal (we’ll have a prior release party for Kickstarter special guests)
June 2027: softcovers to advance readers
October 2027: ready for sale!!!

What we’d like to do is pre-seed at those stores first to give folks a chance to connect with their favorite local independent bookstore.
We are still determining about if the Kickstarter is necessary: we’d like to engage with community members in order to spread early word on this, our first project.
